I am seriously starting to believe that the Goddess was and is still at Avebury. i think the picture lies within the landscape and the stones of Avebury are just a fraction of the idea the ancient people had.
Following the same idea as the Goddess in the landscape at Glastonbury it is not hard to see that the stone circle may have represented the head of the Goddess and God, it dawned on me that Avebury was called Abiri. "Ab" is another form of "FATHER"or maybe where ab comes from referring to the stomach. if we see the stone circle as the head, the two inner circles as maybe a representation of the idea of twins or the union of a male and female energy mating. and the procession route as the neck or spine, down to the Silbury hill which is the pregnant stomach, as this sits on the river almost, this may have been the waters of life. the burial chamber below the silbury hill then maybe a Vagina. the two protrudences near the stone circles "head" that many claim to be the tail and head or neck of the serpent may be the two arms of the Goddess.
The serpent as drawn by Godfrey Higgins also looks very like a sperm and egg, with the two cells in the circle a representation of twins? the God and the Goddess birth.
Many of us are aware of emanation and that the Great all creator God split into two the male and female to form the trinity, the male and female energies. the very fact that the stones at Avebury are regarded as male and female maybe an indication that the ancients believed in this duality from emanation and that they were a thought in the creators head that eventually birthed onto the earth from Silbury on to the land the other side of the river.
This belief can been seen in Kabbala where Kether the crown emanated into Binah and Chokhmah. and they in turn emanated until man was created. I believe that the Goddess Tara is in the landscape as the mother and the father, one can not exist without the other as duality exists in all nature. Tara is just one of ten thousand names of the great one Goddess. And i believe that the answer to Avebury lies in the Kabala which in turn came from Egypt not the Jewish peoples through Solon and Plato. I believe here it is relevant to say i believe that Atlantis is the Kabala, with the twin pillars of hercules, and the bereing straits are the river of life or the middle path of the Kabbala. a person must study this to have a greater understanding of what i am referring to but Hercules is a son of zeus, and is the sun, and zeus is the great sky God Jupiter who created all. I believe then the ancients brought Atlantis a teaching of an inner city which i will refrain from calling Jerusalem into the landscapes across the world not just Avebury. Kabbala is a diagram that represents a city, a knowledge of creation and the war in heaven, and shows mans role in the universe. Tara then is indeed in the Earth at Avebury and so is the God. i prefer to call them Isis and Thoth, others may call them Mary and Michael, what ever name they are the same two great Gods thrown into the Earth in eternal battle of opposites, and man was born along the way. The druids i think have been around a lot longer than we give them credit for and are the priests and priestess of Tara and of Egypt. they may have been around since Jesus time and he may have actually been a member of this cast. it may give the real reason the Romans went to so much effort in order to destroy them at Anglesey.
Avebury is much more sacred then a sun rising and a moon rising in astronomical positions it is a lot more it is a representation of life itself, where man was came from. Ancient mankind knew his origins and worshipped them in the landscape.
