I went there today (June 17th, 2007) and couldn't find it at all. The triangular [meadow] to the north is completely overgrown with long grass and I couldn't really see anything definite. However, the place does have the feel (as in shape) of some kind of barrow/tomb and I suspect I will have to go back in the winter to find the stones in Hamish's pictures. If anyone can give me a distinct location on the ground for the stones, I would be very grateful. You can drive right up to this site although the lane gets a bit bumpy past Battlescombe Farm.
