The diminutive Giant's Stone is actually two parallel stone slabs standing vertically, six inches apart and rising two feet above the ground. It's the last visible remains of a chambered long barrow which once stood on the site. Standing just a few feet north of Hayhedge Lane, in the undergrowth at the corner of a field, it can be very difficult to find. I entered the field by a metal gate and walked west along the road-side hedge to find it. GPS reading: SO 91783 06122
