This was obviously once a large and substantial longbarrow sited on a hilltop ridge. But these days it is very easily missed as you drive past on the busy A424 which cuts through its southeastern end.

There is still a large raise in the land to be seen if you look carefully, but it's all very indistinct, and the field has obviously been ploughed over many times in the past, although this section of the field is currently left unploughed.

Something is not right. This message is just to keep things from messing up down the road
