Boeddel visited on 25th Mar 2021 - their rating: Cond: 5 Amb: 5 Access: 5 After many years, the new museum is now finally open. It has become a really nice museum.

Museum in Brandenburg
On March 15th 2021, the new "Museum Angermünde" opened in one of the oldest half-timbered buildings in Angermünde, the "Haus Uckermark", right on the city's market square - in the middle of the historic city center of Angermünde.

The exhibition shows the history of Angermünde, a lot about the life and work of the author Ehm Welk and as well wonderful regional finds from the Stone, Bronze, Iron and Slavic period.

The oval hole in the forehead is the result of a medical intervention to remove a foreign object or to reduce pressure inside the skull following an injury.
