1984 found 2.75 m long tombstone with inscription (lepontic characters): KLASOS : PALA : TELIALU.
Created during Iron Age, 5th to 4th Century BC. This is the oldest writing so far found in Canton of Ticino.
Coordinates are given for the location of discovery: Mezzovico-Vira, Ristorante Palazzino.
Stored at: Depot of Museo Castello Visconteo at Locarno (2022).
