Mampuku-ji temple

A temple situated in the eastern suburbs, near Ikō-ji temple, has a pond garden with stones and a gentle hill. This garden is also supposed to be designed by the Japanese painter monk Sesshū Tōyō (雪舟 1420-1506).

Open 8:00-17:30 (-17:00 in winter) all year around, admission 500 Japanese Yen (2024 price).
