This round barrow is 15 meters in diameter and about 4 meters tall.
What a beauty!
Erosion has gone past this mound in all the years. This time capsule is undisturbed and hopefully it will look the same in the year 5024.
The surrounding landscape is of great beauty.
Great farming conditions in form of soil and climate (closen to the sea) are given here. High quality crops like wheat and canola can till today be exported from here because of the enormous fertility of the land.
With all the well preserved nearby sites close to this area we see here a „hot spot“ of megalithic prehistory.
