Natural Stone / Erratic / Other Natural Feature in The South
Two huge natural rocks, one with the appearance of a sphinx, the other split in two with a vast fissure the length of the rock. Both rocks are right next to each other.
Situated unmissably next to the road into the Grandfather Mountain complex as the road takes in several switchbacks.
Some archaeological displays from the Woodland Period within the Grandfather Mountain center worth looking at too.
