St Just's Well
St Just's Well submitted by cazzyjane : St Just's Well, A pretty little well despite of many warnings dotted around about the well water being unsafe to drink. Though this is the main well to visit, I found the smaller well on the way through the churchyard much more magickal and endearing. (1 comment)

There are two Celtic saints with this name. St Just in Roseland is named for St Just (Jestyn) a Cornish prince who became a hermit there. He died in 550 AD.

St Just in Penwith, Cornwall, is named after a 5th century Irish deacon and follower of St Patrick. Its not unknown for there to be two holy wells dedicated to one saint in a village.
