**Tir Mawr Defended Enclosure** submitted by geoffstickland : Visible only as a mound in the middle of a grassy field. Without accurate GPS one would not identify it. (Vote or comment on this photo)

Hillfort in Carmarthenshire. Set on a west-facing slope, with a steep drop to a stream on the South side, any signs of this Enclosure are barely visible, probably ploughed out a long time ago. Sources say that it is a circular, bivallate enclosure with an internal space of about 50 metres. Little remains to be seen except slight indications of a ditch and bank.
