Ancient Village or Settlement in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

The Bacherswall was a slavonic settlement of the 7th century CE on the Nonnenhof peninsula in the Lieps lake. Today a large part of the settlement is under water of the Lieps lake. It was connected with the Hanfwerder and Kietzwerder islands by wooden bridges.
