Long Barrow in Swietokrzyskie
The Megalithic tomb in Malice Kościelne was excavated in the years 1996-1997. It was build by people from the Funnel Beaker culture in the Neolithic period it consists of four stone rows covered with a mound, completely differing from other Funnel Beaker megalithic tombs known from the northern part of Poland. Most of the buried individuals are children and women.
In the nearby cemetery, a Neolithic cist burials from the Funnel Beaker culture was discovered.
