This tumulus is 100 meters long. It seems to be in a farm "Audouin", but is not accessible, in a private property. It is surrounded by a more recent causewayed enclosure.
The tumulus has been excavated by an abbot but seemed not have been the object of a booklet. But it is often quoted in ohter tumuli's booklets.
The village of Chadenac has a rich past: tumulus, Roman vestiges, Merovingian necropolis and a listed roman church.
Between Pons and Archiac, each village seems to have its own tumulus.
