Log Text: Located what looks like cross sections within the church, there is also an interesting mausoleum in the grounds with some interesting faces on the side.

I can find no details on the cross sections within the church but it's worth a visit even just to see the mausoleum, if indeed that is what is it.

There are several parking areas within the local area and a couple of great looking pubs and Post office / coffee shop as well, due to time I didn't make a visit.

Log Text: Arrived on a very sunny and warm Sunday afternoon and this made time by the well relaxed and enjoyable especially sitting in the sun by the church. It's an old church and a wonderful little stop if you are walking around Hawksbury Upton. There is a walk from the local village hall to the north and round picking up the monument and then onto the knoll and the church and back up again. Beware of the road walking as it's tight with cars and cyclist using this and no path.

There are a few old houses in the area and this looks like its still functioning as water can be seen coming from the pipe although how safe the water is to drink was not something I was going to test.
