]]>Weldersdog writes: 21th June, a clear sky and a wonderful sunset at around 21:45 o'clock. The sun sets at around 314° north and the chamber of this dolmen is oriented in this direction. A well preserved dolmen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with NW-SE orientation, the chamber is set with two uprights on the long sides and one stone on the NW side. On the chamber capstones, there are some cup marks visible.

During the Weichselian glaciation around 15,000 to 20,000 years ago it was carried southwards in the ice from Scandinavia - likely from the island of Bornholm where there are many prehistoric monuments. ]]>The remains of a destroyed dolmen about 100km NE of Berlin in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It was likely part of a larger burial ground in the Randow Valley. About ten years ago, several stone cists and another dolmen were excavated on the opposite side of the Randow River, containing human bones from multiple burials.

]]>The remains of a chambered tomb in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania called Kretstein. It is a pretty remote and silent place, not many people come here even though it is right beside a small way through the forest that leads to Hallalit. A 3 x 1.5m chamber with three orthostats (upright stones) on each long side, and one capstone measuring 2.2 x 1.8 x 0.8m.
