Menez-Veil dolmen is the remains of a compartmented dolmen, in amongst the houses near to the church in Lesconil.

Compartmented dolmens are a type of monument only found in this coastal part of southwest Brittany, which have chambers with internal compartment slabs to break up the chamber into sections.

"These dolmens remains, standing stones and cists are still visible in a garden where a cist was discovered in the Bronze Age. Several pillars are visible, as well as the compartmentalized chambers. Gallic tombelles are visible south still in the garden."
