Großenrode (2) submitted by AlexHunger : These two stones, seen from the front, are all that remain of 2 large Dolmen, of which at least one had a soul hole. The original site also had a settlement, an earthen wall and a tumulus. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Chambered Tomb in Lower Saxony, Bremen

Two remaining stones of an about 2.4 Meters by 6 Meters neolithic Dolmen with soul hole, destroyed about 1000 CE. The broken stones where buried in a ditch. There were suposed to be nearby another Dolmen and a tumulus as well as a Neolithic settlement, of which nothing else is visible.

Großenrode (1) has been destroyed.
