Iron age Hillfort in Rhineland-Palatinate
The Ringkopf is a Celtic Hillfort of the year 520 BCE. The triangular plateau measures approximately 1 ha. It was build with a kind of 'Murus Gallicus' wall. The Kirschweiler Festung Hillfort is located 1.5 km to the northeast.
