Ancient Mine, Quarry or other Industry in Israel
Moshav Amatzia located in the Lachish region of the southern Judean lowlands.
After Israel evacuated from the Gaza strip, some of the settlers of Gush Qatif relocated to Moshav Amatzia. When the bulldozers started the infrastructure, they exposed a cave with olive oil industry, a ritual bath with mosaic, with a pattern of woven swastika's. From the time of the 2nd temple ( 585 BCE-70 AD). The ritual bath hints on olive oil industry for ritual practices, supplying the temple rituals.
