Standing Stone (Menhir) in Languedoc:Hérault (34)

The menhir is 1.50m. high but pressed into the ground and perhaps it is even cut on the spot.
6m. higher is the entrance of Grotte sepulcrale de Maurous (now closed) where are found several human sceletons and nine large vases sepulcrale chalcolithiques intact.
These are now in the Préhistoriques Musee in Lodève.
