Only one smoke-and-fire-beacon around the Okinawa main Island that has an artificial structure with direction indicating stones. The other beacons, Kouri Tūmiyā on Kouri-jima Island is a mere mound and another one on the cape Bansaki (or Bansachi 番崎) in Nago city, now which is guarded by dense jungle and sheer cliff to reach, contains only the direction indicating stones.
