Artificial Mound in Kyūshū
"Gen Kō Bō Rui" mean Yuan's Attack Defending Base.
Defensive stone wall built along Fukuoka bay in 1276 CE after the 1st Mongolian (Kubla Khan's Yuan dynasty) invasion in 1274. 20km length, 2m height, 2m thickness. Its defensive potential was proved during the 2nd attack in 1281. Kamakura shogunate maintained it until its fall in the mid 12th C.
