Series of Etruscan tombs dating to between the 8th and 7th Century BCE. Some are Tholos/mound shape while others are rock cut tombs.

Some grave offerings were found which are now in a museum. The town was already in ruins in 416 BCE when the Roman Poet Claudius Rutilius Namatianus wrote about it.
