Holy Well or Sacred Spring in Kent

Search in vain for a spring in a woods along the parish boundary but there is no sign of a holy well here now. No traditions are recorded.

I wonder if you know anything of the history of the will?

I understand that the Holy Well with water and Holy Well Shaw is still there by someone who knows the well and goes there regularly. It is best to use the Force Green access route. It is a private piece of land now run by Henry Warde who I understand would not object to anyone with a real interest visiting the site.

Is the well the large area of water with the hundreds of ducks or is it something different in the same field?

I have a map with the Holy well marked in blue at Holy Well Shaw . It used to be owned by the Cholmondellys. If I can help let me know.
