Now this ought to be an easy site to find; on the map it's right by the road, not far from Beaghmore, and directly opposite another track, so easy to locate. Unfortunately, it appears someone has planted a small (ish) wood directly over it, so it's impossible to see. Since it's small, it almost seems as if it was deliberately planted there to stop you looking (..?). That was what I thought until I met more of the generally very friendly and helpful farmers in Northern Ireland. But they often didn't seem to know what they had, so maybe it was just planted over it without it being 'seen'? Certainly nothing was visible in the land on either side of the wood. The wood was dense, and fenced off very securely - I couldn't see anything in it and didn't want to go in. Hope someone else has more luck.
