Burial Chamber (Dolmen) in Andalucía

The dolmen of the Cerro de la Cruz Blanca is located in the municipality of El Burgo, on the right side of the A-366 road in the direction of Ronda, kilometer point 23, near the hill named Cruz Blanca (White Cross).
It dates from the end of the Neolithic Age to the early Copper Age. It has a corridor covered with stone slabs of a length of 5.25 m and a width of 1.30 m, which gives access to the bottom of a burial chamber divided transversely by another stone slab in two equal spaces. Excavations carried out at the end of the 1980s determined the presence of a minimum of six individuals buried in this tomb, separated in the two chambers. The structure would also be covered by slabs of stones that have disappeared.
