Trezance submitted by KiwiBetsy : The well is at the end of a wet and indistinct path …. it’s stonework can just be seen to the right. (Vote or comment on this photo)
This very large granite wellhouse is built into a bank and luckily for visitors has stepping stones leading not only to it but actually right inside it. A chapel was supposed to have stood on the bank above the well but all trace of it has now disappeared.

From Cardinham take the road leading north to Millpool. Just before Trezance Farm an indistinct grassy path on the east side of the road leads into what looks like a dead end …. don’t be fooled, the well is a short distance up on the left at the end of the track

Trezance
Trezance submitted by cazzyjane : Trezance holy well. With a lot of cool clear water gushing out of it, the whole area around the well is very wet and boggy, so was difficult to get a good photo. There are some log stepping stones dotted around but unfortunately they are more slippery than a soapy frog to step on. (1 comment)

Trezance submitted by KiwiBetsy : The interior of the Trezance Well is the size of a small room.

There is a small wooden sign pointing the way to the well off the road, just before the turning to the farm. Useful as you really wouldn't guess it was there, quite hidden by rampant vegetation.
