According to the nearby notice board these stones known as Merlin's Quoits once formed part of a 'cromlech dating back to Neolithic times' and later became linked to the legendary Merlin who was so great that stones like these were his play things!

The two remaining stones are located on a footpath (an old drover's road from Narbeth to Carmarthen) at SN37911601. The stones stand 4m apart close to the hedge line.

Myrddin's Quoits submitted by Horatio : A so called chambered tomb but seems more like a pair of standing stones to me, The two remaing stones for a cromlech/dolmen seem very far apart to be supporting a capstone (that is if they are both orthostats) and no sign of a mound but the archeology proves different.
