Text by JohnGinny:
A remote 3 meter high menhir, located on a hillside by a cross roads.
Obviously a high point in the Haut Elle river valley and likely an ancient route across the terrain avoiding marsh land. A tranquil and beautiful setting.
The menhir had had two tree stumps placed at its feet - in a prime viewing spot, how curious.
