Stone Circle in Cumbria. A possible stone circle listed on the National Trust Heritage Map. Only four stones remain of this supposed stone circle, each of a strata non-local to the area.
It appears the site is more of a stone row than a circle, and the monument sits on uneven ground - so it is possible that these are simply glacial erratics. However, they are easily the most conspicuous features in the large field they occupy, and certainly deserve further research.
