Holy Well in Leicestershire and Rutland.
King Richard's Well dates to 1813 and is, predictably, the place where Richard III is reputed to have drunk before the Battle of Bosworth. The present structure was restored or rebuilt in 1985.

Based on the description by, and used by kind permission of, Bob Trubshaw, from his Interactive Little-known Leicestershire and Rutland CD-ROM.
