Supposedly the 'cathedral' of dolmens, the Dolmen de Dombate was looking very sad when visited in 2008. 'Protected' by wooden shutters and concrete posts, it was under cover in a makeshift marquee.

This was a dolmen very difficult to find, it consists on a large capstone covered with moss. There is no sign of a tumulus as the surface where it stands is flat.
