Excellent site and well signed from motorway turn off for Kavala.
Follow signs for Krenides and you will pick up the usual brown signs for Phillippi Archaeological site.

Easily accesible site with good parking at both sites.
€8.00 entrance fee for both sites.
Allow 2-3 hours to see both sites.

Quite a climb up path - not for faint hearted but well worth it. Other half bottled out after 2 kms!
Good parking facilities at top end and good restaurant at bottom end (some 10 kms from entrance)
