Running such a huge web site is not cheap. We have had to move to our own dedicated server due to the heavy resource usage to create these dynamic pages and custom maps. The server requires maintenance and connection costs to the Internet alone are around £50 a month. Please consider making a voluntary payment of £10.00 ($20.00) by credit or debit card through our secure server if you have found it useful, or browse the bargains in our online shop.

It's not that obvious there that you need to choose a Postal Delivery option - it doesn't matter which you put as it's not charged for, it just keeps the system happy.
Once through there choose Nochex as the payment option. They do secure Credit Card processing and you don't have to join up with them.
