This is apparently the main Dumfries & Galloway site for evidence of a link between the recumbent circles of NE Scotland and SW Ireland. Raised in Grampian on a diet of huge recumbents and tall flankers (the tallest stones in the circle) I fail to be convinced of the link on this evidence! |
