(2004-09-07) | Even more like a Venus de Willendorf. Its a natural boulder, but I reckon that arm has been helped along a bit. She was garlanded with flowers on May Day when the villagers put on a great celebration. (see my pic) | John
(2005-08-26) | I've got a photo of this Venus de Milo dating back to 1910. I wish I could tell you that this earlier image showed extra body parts, but it doesn't, its identical with arm attached. |
