Round barrow at the SW edge of a woodland located along the eastern side of Bottumer Kirchweg. Estimated remaining height 1,2m, diameter 12m. During growing season the barrow is heavily overgrown with grasses and heather. It is not signposted. A now overgrown track leading along the woodland from the east once was named „Am Hügelgrab“. When approaching through the partly dense undergrowth from the SE the barrow seems well preserved, but it has a severe damage in its western side. Furthermore the northern edge appears to be indistinct and even seems elongated giving it an almost oval shape. However this is hard to make out with certainty as i visited during growing season.
