| Posted Comments: lenny (2004-08-28) | Almost certainly the Standing Stone would have preceded the Building. But what i find of most interest is that sometimes the Norse Settlers (Thats Viking to me & you) sometimes place burials within Bronze age Burrial mounds. But it could just be that this is infact a Viking Burial, as the Shape of them is very similar to the earlier barrow type burrial. I would be intersected if you could give us some more info on this site Cheers |
