(2004-08-20) | That's one of the reasons why I stay retro. That lovely soft water effect can only be achieved with a tripod and a long exposure. Brief exposures freeze waterfalls and lose all sense of motion. Long exposures can give wonderful effects with waves on the seashore - all milky and romantic. | kelpie
