This is the original Holy well, the other being found at the side of the church supposedly built by a previous vicar to encourage pilgrims to the church, though it could have been built on earlier foundations. Unfortunately, it is now looking a little neglected and its broken bars make it look like its saying 'Dare to drink here and I will bite!' |
