Description This is the railway cutting very close to long barrow, the site is behind these trees and over to the right.

Even though there was nothing to see, it felt worthwhole visiting Badshot Lea long barrow as it is such an important site, the 'missing link' if you like between the Wiltshire and Hampshire long barrows and the Kent group such as Coldrum.

I (and some credible archaeologists) are convinced there is at least one long barrow waiting to be discovered along the south of the north downs, possibly in the Albury area.
