I think this stone is 15'. Its a rough guess but it gives an idea. |

Has anyone ever suggested that these stones may be on an alignment with the three henges at Thornborough. Becase they are! And is it a conincidence that there are three stones and three henges all on the same alignment.......

(2004-07-29) | Yes, Nicola, George Chaplin (Heritage action) does a great presentation about the whole 'Ure Sacred Plateau' thing! Not only does he link up the henges and the Devil's Arrows, but there're other henges further south at Hutton, Cana and Newton Kyme! All part of a huge connected ritual landscape? If you get a chance to get along to one of his talks, it's well worth the effort
