(2004-07-21) | The blurryness suggests a long exposure of several seconds. The man must have been standing in shot for half the time, then walked off. | Martin C
(2005-11-27) | Or a shorter enxtended-exposure, wherein the guy just ducked his head; his coat is still totally opaque, which means he was there for the entire exposure. Also, the other figures are blurred only a little, suggesting little movement in a large crowd. |
