Description The Elk & Bison

Exact location is kept secret to avoid graffiti and other damage. My own feeling is that it is a "modern" carving (19th century?) but it would seem that it has never been studied by experts - I'd be only too pleased to take one to see it.

Tried posting a bigger pic but it wont let me I'm afraid - there must be some way as there are penty larger elsewhere on the site

You should be able to make it larger on your pc - upto 650 or so, though it might go all out of focus depending on how big your original image was. Then upload it to the sitepage top right-hand corner. Might depend on what photo suite you're using ?
