It is located behind one of those violently stinking pig farms and in the middle of a not yet harvested field. The view down to the sea is breathtaking, as is the stink. A flock of birds seem to use the tomb as lookout.
Round Barrow 2.5 x 5.0 m with freestanding dolmen chamber.
With surrounding circular stonesetting of cleaved boulders.
The almost diamond-shaped chamber measures 1.8 x 0.3 to 0.8
inside, height 0.8 m.
At capstones edge all around seen scattered depressions;
no cupmarks but probably "grab marks" inscribed in modern times
as attachment points for use in moving (recovery?) of the capstone.
(Not Responding to earlier descriptions, but noted that the chamber
is restored privately about 1897)
