Description View ENE, directly towards the main road and the rear of the cattle market on it. The curved profile of the stone is visible on the left edge.

Well found ndd: I must have passed this one for years and hadn't realised it was there - must try harder!

I didn't know about it either.
I'm just picking things from the Coflein map http://jura.rcahms.gov.uk/COFLEIN/start.jsp but the interface is really quirky and annoying and it takes ages.

I have found that COFLEIN behaves differently in Outlook and in Firefox. Both seem to default back to a map of Scotland sometimes instead of Wales! More usefully though...Outlook works better as with Firefox you don't get the continuous showing of the GRef number at the bottom of the screen, and it doesn't keep changing the buttons at the bottom back to 'zoom in' after each operation likes Firefox does.
Small irritation though for such a great resource?
