Description Borson Barrows, A couple of children were here riding their mountain bikes on the barrows, in places there were holes dug into the barrow with the earth piled up to create ramps.

This is not good is it. Any idea who at English Heritage we should contact?

At least its just kids on bikes (nicely times picture). Unlike these with off road vehicles or here with a horse jumping course.

I'd suggest that English Heritage won't be that bothered about it if you did report it, they have a "Contact Us" form on their website, someone will look at what you submit and forward it to the relevant person.

The only holes I saw were in the most north easterly barrow of the group/cemetery, which I am stood on taking this photo, which was pretty trashed anyway (still just recognisable as an ancient site.

It is only kids on pushbikes.

I had to wait a while for a mid-air photo.

Well yeah, I do feel a bit mean about spoiling their fun but I'm thinking of the similar stories on these pages here and here.

What they have done with some large barrows in Surrey is put a ring of logs around the bottom.
