Chamber measuring appr. 6m by 3,2m [1]. It is halfway exposed, the dry-walling is robbed, but all ortostats are preserved and in situ, except for the western entrance orthostat. The 3 capstones collapsed into the chamber. The chamber probably had a more unusual entrance in the South consisting of two orthostats set slightly inwards beside the orthostats W3 and E3. In contrast Werpeloh IV just 12m to the West is a classic passage grave.
