Judging from the size of the slightly oval barrows' remains this chamber originally was approximately 10m long and oriented West-East. I estimate it had five capstones. Only 4 orthostats are preserved: The eastern chamber end orthostat and one adjacent orthostat of each long side. When Sprockhoff et al. examined the site there was another orthostat in situ at position N3 (counting from the East). Nowadays this is not visible anymore, but instead there is a largely buried orthostat at position N2. Seemingly in situ. In this woods there are several barrow-like structures most probably the results of historic forest clearing. One of these structures is just South of this tomb. Near the top of it there are two megaliths partly visible. I assume this stones originally derive from the megalithic tomb and were moved here.
